📋 How to Prepare for the Call

  • 📅 Know your internship dates: Have your exact start date, end date, company, and team in mind before you join.
  • 🎯 Be clear on your goal: What does a successful summer look like to you? Return offer? Competing offer? Just tell Michael the truth.
  • 👨‍👩‍👦 Bring your decision maker: If a parent or partner will be involved in your decision, have them on the call. We will not hold the meeting without all decision-makers present.
  • 📵 Eliminate distractions: Find a quiet space. This 10–15 minutes could change the entire trajectory of your career.

While You Wait...

Explore these to hit the ground running.

Only 3 spots remaining for the Summer 2026 cohort. Michael keeps the group small on purpose — this is high-touch coaching, not a course. Once it's full, it's full.

Two Interns. Same Company. Different Summers.

What separates the intern who gets the return offer from the one who doesn't usually has nothing to do with technical skill.

😓

Intern Without a System

Winging it all summer

Week 1–2
Shows up. Tries to look busy. Doesn't know what 'good' looks like.
Week 3–6
Does the work. No one really knows who they are outside their team.
Week 7–9
Starts to panic. Asks manager once. Gets a vague answer.
Week 10–11
Waits. Hopes. Hears nothing.
Week 12
Gets a no — or worse, a 'we'll be in touch.'

Result: No offer. Lost summer. Back to square one.
